Agreement for Professional Home Inspection Services

By scheduling and proceeding with a home inspection through Archer Professional Inspections, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement governs the professional relationship between you (the “Client”) and Archer Professional Inspections (the “Inspector”) for all inspection services provided.

What Our Inspection Includes

If you need to reschedule your inspection, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid potential fees. Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require rescheduling, which we will coordinate with you promptly.

Professional Standards and Liability

Archer Professional Inspections maintains professional liability insurance and follows established industry standards. However, no inspection can guarantee the future performance of building systems or identify every possible defect. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the inspection service. We recommend that you attend the inspection when possible to discuss findings and ask questions directly with your inspector.

Recommendations and Follow-Up

When our inspection identifies items requiring attention, we may recommend further evaluation by qualified specialists such as licensed contractors, engineers, or other professionals. These recommendations are provided for your benefit and should be addressed appropriately.
