About Archer Professional Inspections

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction and engineering fields, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every project. My journey has taken me from large-scale nationwide projects for top-tier lending firms to detailed assessments of commercial, multi-family, and residential properties.

I’ve dedicated more than a decade to mastering property condition assessments, environmental site evaluations, and the intricate financial and structural analyses that go with them. My background in Environmental Science, including a Master’s degree, has provided me with a solid foundation for this work.

As a Certified Master Home Inspector and Certified Commercial Property Inspector, among other qualifications, I am committed to providing the most thorough and insightful assessments. I have had the privilege of working on a variety of interesting projects, from an extended stay America portfolio to US government assessment programs like the Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) in Washington DC. I’ve also had the honor of training personnel on multiple Air Force and Naval bases. I am passionate about what I do and I look forward to helping you with your next project.
